PITTSBURGH - (March 4-8, 2009) - Eyenovate, Inc., a company focused on innovative consumer products and software-as-a-service for the optical service industry, attended SECO 2009, one of the world's largest optometry events, at the Georgia World Congress Center & Omni Hotel at CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia on March 4-8, 2009.
SECO 2009, themed "Eyeway to the Future", had 8,000 optometrists, opticians, certified ophthalmic technicians, and paraoptometric professionals attend. The events included lectures by many of the world's foremost experts, nearly 400 hours of available continuing education credit, nearly 300 marketplace exhibitors, and more than 50 social and affiliate events.
"This year's SECO event was key to our recent Wholesale expansion," Crystal Morgan, Director of Business Development. "Having the opportunity to meet face to face is what creates a lasting relationship. That is why we find huge value in the tradeshow even in these challenging times."
At the show, over 50 pairs of Chemistrie Sunlenses were created for attendees. Eyenovate created new relationships with eye care providers and wholesale laboratories. Southeast territory development was complemented by the welcoming of Rod Hamner to the team of Independent Sales Representatives.
