Eyenovate, Inc. Introduces Chemistrie Brand for Consumer Products

"Chemistrie" and "Eyewear that Clicks" tagline to better reinforce the unique attributes of the consumer line of products

PITTSBURGH, PA (November 12, 2007) - Eyenovate, Inc., a company focused innovative consumer products and software-as-a-service for the optical service chain, announced today that it has created the brand name "Chemistrie" for its consumer line of products.

The new brand, along with the tagline, "Eyewear that Clicks," aims to communicate the seamless integration of its products into current eyewear paradigms.

The identity was developed in conjunction with Ward Payne, a graphic designer who has worked in consumer design for companies such as Nike and Eddie Bauer. Mr. Payne's leadership was critical to the development of the identity that the company will use going forward.

Currently, the company will apply this branding to its Layered-Lens System, a patent-pending series of products that eliminates the challenges typically associated with clip-on eyewear. Under this new naming convention, the magnet sun wear will be branded as "Chemistrie Sunlenses," and the prescription form of the product will be branded as "Chemistrie Rxlenses."
